Have you had a bad experience with your local health or social care services? We are here to help!
As well as providing you with support and advice about your individual issue, by telling us your experiences you may help to improve these services locally.
As part of the “watchdog” organisation Healthwatch Surrey we use the evidence we gather from people like you to help to influence positive change.
Are you struggling to feed yourself or your family, need emergency clothing, transport or essential household items? You may be eligible for support from the Surrey County Council’s Surrey Crisis Fund. This scheme provides discretionary payments to those who have nowhere else to turn in an emergency or after a disaster.
This year our annual golf day was held at the prestigious Swinley Forest Golf Club on 23 April . Twenty teams enjoyed the magnificent course and the sunshine, followed by a fabulous lunch and fund-raising auction.

Social prescribing aims to support people to improve and better manage their overall wellbeing by helping connect them to the many community-based services and organisations available locally. It is designed for people who may be socially isolated or have practical and emotional needs that affect their health and is a FREE service.
You will now find us in the old Surrey Heath Museum space on the first floor and across from the Registrar’s office in Surrey Heath House.

Consumer credit is at a record level and household debts for essential bills such as council tax and utilities now total nearly £19bn. So it’s no surprise that we at Citizens Advice have seen a marked increase in questions about bailiffs.
Don’t be bullied
Bailiffs (also called ‘enforcement agents’) visiting your home can be a stressful experience but you have rights and you shouldn’t be bullied.
