Have you had a bad experience with your local health or social care services? We are here to help!
As well as providing you with support and advice about your individual issue, by telling us your experiences you may help to improve these services locally.
As part of the “watchdog” organisation Healthwatch Surrey we use the evidence we gather from people like you to help to influence positive change.

Emergency Assistance
Are you struggling to feed yourself or your family, need emergency clothing, transport or essential household items? You may be eligible for support from the Surrey County Council’s Surrey Crisis Fund. This scheme provides discretionary payments to those who have nowhere else to turn in an emergency or after a disaster.

Annual Golf Fundraiser
This year our annual golf day was held at the prestigious Swinley Forest Golf Club on 23 April . Twenty teams enjoyed the magnificent course and the sunshine, followed by a fabulous lunch and fund-raising auction.
We were fortunate enough to raise £11,131 from the event, which will be used to extend our services to Surrey Heath residents so many thanks go to all those who participated as well as the organisations who donated prizes and auction lots.

Social Prescribing
Social prescribing aims to support people to improve and better manage their overall wellbeing by helping connect them to the many community-based services and organisations available locally. It is designed for people who may be socially isolated or have practical and emotional needs that affect their health and is a FREE service.

The energy regulator, Ofgem, is bringing in changes to make it easier, clearer and fairer for you to get the best deal when you buy electricity and gas. From 26 August 2013 suppliers must:
- carry out actions in a fair, honest, transparent, appropriate and professional manner
